The prompt for this project was to create a motion graphic tribute to Carl Sagan using an excerpt from his memoir "Pale Blue Dot." In this tribute, I used a minimalist art style to convey that everything we know is on a small and simple world compared to the rest of the universe. I also experimented with a CRT screen effect for this video, feeling that it fits the 90s visual media aesthetic; which is around the time when Sagan narrated the Pale Blue Dot.
